The deer raced through the trees, reaching a lake. Kota stopped once he saw the familiar shape of Kai, he stopped and saw another wolf. His pelt bristled.

Kai stood to his full height lookiing at he female. "It's fine if you didn't know. As long as you don't bring your friends."He chuckled lightly. He was being friendly which was strange to a loner.

He scented the area, smelling no game big enough for three; he continued. Pretty soon he came to a small meadow. He saw about 3 families of deer.
