Fern followed his gaze and then licked her pups. She looked at Kai and said"He's a loner now. Either that or he's an omega."

Kija pawed at his mother's side though his sisters wouldn't let him eat. Letting out a helpless cry of a newborn, he whinned.

Beta paid no mind to her smaller brother and continued to nurse.

Kai looked to Fern and then to young Kija.
