Power's explained:
Her pyrokineses is connected to her emotions depending on what she is feeling is how strong or far the flames reach. She doesn't have good control on it aside from it happening whenever she doesn't need it to mostly. It can cause her to start fires without meaning too but mostly it's just flames dancing over her skin & burning anyone or anything near her. Due to that she can't feel the heat or the cold much as she always just feels hot (normal body temp is around 150F) & is fireproof as most flames won't burn her.

Her shape shifting happens whenever she gets nervous, scared, or hurt but depending on the feeling would be what feline she shifts into. Like nervous or unsure she shifts into a house cat. If scared or protective then a jaguar. If hurt physically, when in feline form or majorly in human form, a white tiger. These are just the known ones as others might show up if needed and after she has studied them.


Pyrokineses Weaknesses:
Water is something that just turns to steam when it touches her. Water burns her, it'll leave a burn mark on her skin, at least any large amount that is longer than a five minute shower. If flames are dancing along her skin and water gets on her, she'll get burnt worst than when there is no flames. She can't feel the cold but can get sick from the cold if it's too cold and she isn't dressed properly. Can't control when the flames appear on her skin, will be able to learn how to keep them from burning others or things over time. Triggered by her emotions, less so when she learns control over the power but strong emotions will still trigger the flames to react to her. Can't be in feline form and use pyrokineses, at least until she learns how to control her pyrokineses better.

Shape Shifting Weaknesses:
Not able to shift into anything but any feline, on the larger side of the female of the species. Has to be able to relate to the feline to be able to shift into it (aka what she is feeling is related to what she can shift into). Looses her clothes when she shifts, so when shifts back she is naked. Not able to shift half way but will learn to slow down the shifting to where she can use the senses of the feline before fully shifting into the feline. Triggered by her emotions until she learns control. Can't use her pyrokineses while in cat form, something she'll have to learn when she can control her pyrokineses better.

Main Power: Pyrokineses (Fire Controller, thus is fire proof from it.)
Secondary Power: Feline Shapeshifter, she normally has the senses of a cat even when not in cat shape.
Downfalls/Flaws: Her emotions control her fire more than her, she hasn't learned how to control it fully. Also if water is poured on her while she is on fire it will burn her and water will cause light burn marks if she starts to loose control. Her temperature runs hot and makes it to were she can't tell how hot or cold something is.
She can only shapeshift into a feline that she has touched easily or studied enough to know well enough but if she only studied them then it's a painful shift.
General Personality: Shy at first but normally ends up become a bit more flirty and hot headed once someone gets to know her. She is quick to anger and that often is seen with the fire appearing and lashing out. However due to her power, she works hard to try not to appear to friendly with others despite wanting to. Not to add that she is stubborn which is often the reason for her loosing her temper and control.
Bio: Devi has lived her whole life in Sougi, living with her aunt and uncle after her powers awoke and burned down the house along with killing her parents. Her older brother had gotten her out of the house quickly making it only so they had survived the fire. She doesn't have the greatest relationship with her Aunt and uncle due to her powers and learning to control it, and they blame her for her brother getting taken away along with her parents death. After her brother was taken away she withdrew from everyone and everything and focused on just making sure never to get close to anyone else and keeping her powers hidden. Really since her brother claimed to have been the one with the fire powers to protect her from the lab and she didn't want anyone else to have to do that. Due to it being a small town she still lives with her Aunt and Uncle rather than try to find her own place and deal with working a job that paid enough for living on her own. As it was she did have a job that allowed her to work outside and alone a lot that paid enough for her to have some spending money.
Normal Type of Clothes: Different tank tops and shorts along with black running shoes are what she manages to keep fireproof. While she will wear over those clothes is jeans and a t-shirt (often black or shades of dark blues or greys) with a jacket over.
Appearance: Devi has long red hair and dark grey eyes that will sometimes lighten to a shade of blue when she starts to get emotional and loose control of her fire. Her skin is tan from her outside work although there are lots of burn marks on her skin that she normally keeps covered to keep people from asking questions.
