-Mike has a sister named Myla.
-Tre Cools tattoo on his arm; of the tv going through the window; is a painting by the famous British street artist Banksy and many of the new American Idiot designs resemble Banksy's work as well.
- The guys once stayed in a house in Copenhagen and the guy who lived there brought out a jar with a human head in it which had been stolen from a laboratory. Mike slept right next to it and it was named sleepy.
-Billie joe had a cat named ZERO....but it died in the washing machine
-A security guy jumped on stage at Woodstock and accidentally tackled Mike because he got him confused with a crazed fan...this ended in the result of Mike breaking his teeth.
-Tre' lived in a house with no electricity or plumbing in Laytonville, California, but he loved it because he could run around and make as much noise as he wanted.
-Mike broke both of his arms while having a pillow fight with his wife (now ex wife) and then Tre' and Billie laughed him all the way to the hospital
-Billie Joe was once a vegetarian but then he started losing a lot of weight and he felt weird so he started eating meat again.
-Tre's favorite food is sushi.

-Billie Joe has a guitar made from different parts of other guitars..and he named it frankenstein
-In every town that Green Day plays at, Mike looks for a good coffee shop

-When Green Day was on their way to shoot the "holiday" video the driver stopped the van because they couldn't get into the set...and then he got out to see why...so Tre' decided that he was taking to long and stole the van and drove right into the set anyways.
-Billie Joe is friends with Bam Margera.
-Billie Joe said that if he could be a superhero he'd be Spiderman.
-Green Day destroyed the Tonight Show with Jay Leno's green room by putting peanut butter in between the couch cushion and hanging an elmo doll on a noose.
-"Sassafras Roots" was made up by Mike when Billie needed a name for the song.
-Mike wrote the bassline for "Longview" while he was high, then forgot it the next day.
-Tre Cool's real name is Frank Edwin Wright III.

-Billie Joe can't keep a cell phone long enough to change the ringtone because he constantly breaks them
