Are you about to ask a question about playing in Mara? If you can use mail, you can use the forums. Please ask there instead. There are also several good help sites that will give good information. You can also ask about those in the forums.

Is this something that needs to be in a ticket? The contact us link is at the bottom of every page to use for most site problems.

Are you about to play 50 questions with me? If it is important and is not supposed to be sent in tickets instead, please let me know what you are referring to up front. I really don't need things like "I have a problem, can you help me." I don't know if I can help if I do not know what the problem is, and that should not be the first thing I have to ask.

Are you about to ask me to chat because you are lonely, be your friend, or do you a favor? No thank you. Are you about to ask me how to become staff or how I became staff? Please don't.
