The bad elf is Santas Horrible elf who was exiled from his workshop because he was so terrible and bad at making toys. He caused so much mischief at his workshop that Santa gave him the duty to prepare the coal for the naughty kids on Santa's list.
Every year, the bad elf comes to marapets to give naughty players coal.
