I've aimed to get 10k spy points each day, and the giftbox REALLY helps!

It cost me about 7.5mil and took 2677 spy quests to get 1 mil spy points!

takes a long time tho
1800-2500 quests for 1mil points

took me bout 2-3 weeks each time

erm, well each quest generally gives you around 500 SPs and costs around 400 - 2.5k MPs (from my experience, anyway)
