Stel freed Carissa's legs, but as a reminder, froze a patch of skin on her throat. The slight weight of the stone would put pressure on her trachea, so there was a 10% chance she would suffocate and die. This prospect didn't seem as deadly as it should've had to Stel.

ooc: I have an idea. You know how Stel has to go to canada? Well how about: she stays overnight, comes home early in the morning, attends to Roxi's private show, rescues Dawn, and when Carissa comes to pick Jack up, he can't go. That's if everyone is ok with it, of course.
