1st Jan 2008 12:42 Sometimes it would be nice if you hear a thank you marapets members for your patience during the down times, errors and glitches, along with an 'official' explanation and a sorry we weren't able to fulfill our promised event due to the following reasons, rather than members being lynched in the forums and called names...greedy, ungrateful, etc., because they are sad a promised event that had been advertised and that they had anticipated with such excitement wasn't completed. Also, the majority of posters have been appreciative of the gifts they received, just sad it ended a week short. There is a difference.
Also, in the rules, Ian states personal opinions aren't to be posted in the forums, you are to use your blog. Yet I see those topics all the time in the errors forums. They should be deleted. NO member should be allowed to bully or insult another.
Good forum helpers deserves helper award!

20th Dec 2007 23:16 hideouslypretty should be given a helper reward because she politely helps and directs people without being rude, bossy, harassing or bullying. To get a helper award when you are rude to other people shouldn't be allowed because that goes against Ian's forum rules.
The rules say to be POLITE AT ALL TIMES and rude comments are considered bullying. Right now there is way too much bullying going on in the help forums. A lot of people are scared to ask legitimate questions and beg not to be chewed out, slammed or picked on when they finally get up the nerve to ask something because of what they are reading going on in there.
This is how she helped someone and talked about them using caps and she handled it in a classy and polite way. She sounded like midnightsunrise.

There are two of us who have Marapets user accounts in our home. We often use the same computer, but sometimes use a laptop or other one.
