Virbank City is a coastal city that connects to Castelia City via ferry. As it's an industrial city and is home to Roxie, the Virbank City Gym Leader who specialises in Poison-types.
The Virbank Gym is designed as an underground music club. Upon entering, the player will have to go down some stairs and enter the club, where Roxie and her band are performing on the stage.
