Named for One Piece. The Tenryuubito are the rulers and the corrupt overlords of One Piece. They are often cruel and despicable people. It means "Heavenly Dragon Folk" or rather "Celestial Dragons".



When I saw the name was free I had to snatch it up. I thought a Poison Walee fit their image well and it was one of my dream pets.
