Andre Linoge is the primary villain in Stephen King's Storm of the Century. A historic storm strands the inhabitants of rural Maine while a stranger, Linoge, suspected to be the biblical demon Legion, mysteriously appears into town. To get what he wants he uses manipulation and fear; to divide and conquer the community. With each death Linoge repeats his cryptic quote.

The series focuses on mass fear, hard choices, and the danger that comes with keeping dark secrets. It reimagines one of the oldest and most controversial questions: 'Would you sacrifice one person to save five more?'
