1) ISPs are in place and overpriced so people who aren't on a mission won't buy the item If I'm not responding/offline, refunds for the ISP are available provided you mail me immediately after you complete the mission. However, you are still subject to the conditions below.
2) You must replace the item within a week
3) You must tip 100k MP Exception: photos and plates
4) For photos and plates: I am willing to swap for missing UB LE photos (1 to 1)
5) For collection missions (i.e., Troll), you must pay the pet lending fee as well 1,138,680MP as of Feb 2019
