Waking up

I wake up to find the sun shining brightly into my closed eyelids.
I lift my head from where it was resting on my paw.

Mmmm it's warmer out now. It must be the warm season now.

The cold winter made it almost impossible for me to eat regularly.

I feel the warm new spring air and the warming sun wash over my cold fur.

I stretch out my front paws and stand on the boulder I was resting on.

I shake my limp slightly matted fur back alive.

My stomach rumbles.

Time to hunt down some food. I think to myself. It's been so long.
