I lost a lot of items due to crash of website. Which I took my time to post what I was missing. Which they replied...

I mean that\'s okay, but things add up. I spent 700,000mp trying to attain these items. There will be more money spent due to me trying to catch up on the gourmet food prizes which I do not get. The amount of hours I played in this game to get money. And the years I spent on this game 9 yrs+. When I support and buy their account upgrades. This is quite upsetting to me. They would think differently maybe if I was more poor. But doesn\'t stop me from thinking they treat others unfairly towards me. I put up through the hassle on waiting weeks for this game to come up, all I want is a little more respect of what I should be earning back to this game. My respect to this staff went down because simply it\'s not a retired or unobtainable item.

@NewthsAtWork I have noticed that, it's just a pain they don't reward you back with the same items you previously gotten.
@JessyBastet Yeah, the new options do help tons. It's a nice feature to have. It has been a lot more easier this time around.

There are many cheap gourmet foods (especially with the drop in worth of a lot of items after the crash), and you might find some in your attic. Refeeding should be easier with the "Use Items" feature, too. It shouldn't be too hard to get to 1000 again.

As far as the rewards thing, I've noticed most fairies will start rewarding again after you pass the point your pet was at pre-crash. So if your pet was at 500 Gfs pre-crash, and you fed 1000 gfs to it, you should get all the rewards for after 500 gfs. Not sure if this helps or not, but it's what I've noticed as I've re-fed/re-added collection items/etc.

It isn't about the food items I have lost, it's about the fairies not rewarding us because we previously got them. All they have to fix is us rewarding it back again. Instead of seeming not to give any feelings about the situation. I fed my 1 pet about over 1000+ gourmet food so when the rewards go up it will be more mp to repurchase all the items I should've been rewarded with. No one seems to understand this frustrating.

Most of your items should have been sent back to you via inventory and attic. Anything not in SS they will return, if you can list the items/avatars. You've also been given many items that you had already used/traded with so technically you were overcompensated.

All the gourmet food I lost off my pet I found in my attic. I know it is a bit of a pain feeding it back to that pet, but it is doable. Have you checked your attic thoroughly. I am still finding stuff I forgot about up there
