Mara will be 10! My how the years fly by!

My brother and I joined when Mara was 2 and we're still here!
I just got back after a short break to deal with graduation and visiting my dad and going to Disneyland. My brother logs on every now and then (He doesn't really care much for this site since the club we were in got deleted).
We've had different accounts over the years, so this account wont show that I've been here long, but I have. Been banned a few times for stupid, childish things and learned from them. And needed a username change to avoid people and because I was just tired of my old one.
I've taken many many breaks from Mara. Some for good reasons (real life drama), and some for personal reasons (insecurities and online drama). I always came back.
I'm addicted to Mara, to the people here, and most of all to the art. I wanted to draw for this site after I first started here. And I might have had a good chance at it, but screwed it up. I was stressed beyond my limits and took it out on the person I was emailing when they took a while to reply. (Which is understandable, you help run a site and have your own life and responsibilities. That was all on me and I get it now.)
I think the only time I'd really leave Marapets would be if the owner couldn't pay to keep it running. I love this site. It's always been there when I needed it.
