how to get a electric bill ?

I have view pages and fought wild mini pets and nothing. no bill.was told the chances where increased .Is there something else i can do to get a bill ?

A few hours ago I put 10 of my minipets to watching tv in one of my house and i just got an electric bill like 20 minutes after that. I made sure each minipet was 100% happy though so Shaggy might be right.

First I went for about six months without a power bill. Then I started getting a couple a month. There was absolutely no rhyme or reason to when I received them. One time I was replying in forums. Another time I was moving items in my inventory. Like Shaggy said, I just think it's random and, the more active you are on the site the more likely you are to get a bill.

I think there is only one thing that increases the chances of getting a power bill. The more pages you click on the more chances you have of getting a random event. Therefore, things like battling, slots, etc might appear to increase the chances but it's only because you are clicking on more pages. That's just my opinion though, don't quote me, lol.

I always fought them before but it never did increase my chances, I stopped doing them for a while but got my bill recently after years.. so it made no difference to me xD

to me it not increase my chnace.i fought about 10 of them and nothing.oh well i go finish the traq mission off and forget the mara city goal.just another no go goal
