C:\ WINNT \ system32
Once it's in there, right-click on it (file name: mspaint.exe), and choose "Create Shortcut".
A box will pop-up ("A shortcut can't be created here, put it on the desktop?&quot hit YES.

Go to your desktop, double-click on the icon. Viola.
(Or so I hope.)
