Dear Me, read this when you start feeling "caught up" and remind yourself:
Sometimes, I feel like so caught up with the hustle and bustle of everyday-life, so absorbed with those dreary things (like University study urgh), that life just become a mundane routine.
It doesn't occur to me that I'm slipping into this mind-set until I start becoming bored with, well everything, really.
Sometimes then, you need to break away from it all; stop being so obsessed with what you think you should be doing, and go do something you need to do.
You need to enjoy time with your family, time out in the nature; It shouldn't be some life-threatening event that makes you suddenly open your eyes to the world and appreciate the little things.
