App for Precieux

Hi Jo

I was in a rush to apply for Precieux previously and then I saw how fantastic the competition I had was and so I decided to try and improve my app.

Of course you understand how I previously explained how wonderful it is for me to come across Precieux. My cat is called Precious. She is a grey tabby and she is 17 months old. She is amazing and we love her so much. So the name "Precieux" is incredible and I feel such a strong connection with this pet because of it.

As well as that, I am also a French and German teacher at a secondary school. Therefore I completely understand the meaning behind her name, and French is something I have a lot of passion for as I worked so hard to learn the language. I also know how to pronounce it correctly hehe.

Here is a poem I wrote about Precieux. I hope you enjoy it:

Precieux, all full of love,
Ready to bring joy as does a dove.
Every step glimmers in her stride,
Curious always throughout her life.
In every way a beautiful deer,
Extremely happy, never a tear.
Ultimately dancing all jolly,
Xtra speical for her new owner(???) Holly.

I also drew a picture on paint. I am not very good and I have never done anything like this before so I hope you think it is ok Smile

And another thing I have never done before; I wrote a short story about her. I hope it is OK, sorry if it's a bit bland.

A Precious Love.
As the day showed a new dawn, a glimmer of golden fire swept through the forest. Out of the trees came a shining star. With a closer look Holly realised it was no star at all, but indeed something more rare and precious in itself. She skipped swiftly through the trees to greet her best friend, Precieux. Precieux handed a beautiful pink rose to Holly, just as she did every day. A representation of the wonderful love and special relationship they shared together. In response Holly swung her arms around Precieux to prove how much she means to her. The two are inseparable, a true match made in heaven. Holly, the owner of a big heart and burning desire to protect and preserve what is special. Precieux, the happy-go-lucky, yet occasionally timid vitto who aspires to be Holly???s lucky charm on her way to reach new goals.
They drifted daintily through the forest, now and then stopping and laying on the grass whilst taking in the glorious sounds and smells that the trees have to offer. As they lay there, they gaze towards the sky, blissfully unaware of the creatures approaching them.
All of a sudden, they both startle at the shadows above them. They look around, but before they manage to see, they are attacked sideways by a fit of tickles!! Holly???s pets have arrived to join in the fun. They roll around on the grass and in the flowers, enjoying the beautiful summery day to the best of their abilities. The sound of wonderful laughter floats through the tree tops???..

I hope you enjoyed reading. I have never, ever done anything like this for a pet before so I know i'm probably not very good at it, but at least I tried Smile

Hi there!

My name is Holly and I'd love to take this opportunity to apply for Promises.

A bit about me:
I've been here for 7.5 years. Never been banned. Never quit or semi quit. I'm now an adult player and my main goals on here are with regards to my pets. I recently worked extremely hard to turn Matrimonial into a valentine figaro in honour of my marriage. I love making graphics for people; my Bunties and Owlets.
I love pink hence my gallery. Also in my gallery you will find my collection of magazines and newspapers from august 2012, when I got married. And also a small costume collection.

Why do I want Promises?
I felt an immediate connection to this pet due to her wonderful name. You may already know, but if not, I recently married the love of my life in August. My husband and my marriage mean the absolute world to me and so most things I've done on this site recently have had my marriage in mind; making matrimonial and saving hard for her to be a figgy, getting a ball dress female costume, my newspaper and magazine collection etc.

However I've also had a deeper focus on my pets. I've got Fidelma as the name reminds me of the fideity of a marriage. Fazed represents how in love I am with my husband and how "fazed" I feel every morning I wake up next to him. Romancier reminds me to keep the romance going in the relationship. Triumpher inspires me to be triumphant and successful in my marriage.

For the above reasons I feel that Promises would fit in so perfectly. She would be a symbol of respect for the vows and promises my new husband and I have made to eachother. This is why I already feel a connection with her. Her name is 100% perfect to me.
Also I feel her species and costume is very suitable for this name and reminds me of unity candles being lit at weddings. Also I feel the fairy part of her would symbolise how the promises you make are always with and around you.
Sorry I have blabbed on a bit, I tried really hard not to.

My own promises:
I don't trade pets I have been given. I'm sure you by now realise my pets have special meaning to me. I wouldn't trade Promises ever. Not even for an offer of 10 roflings. And I'd never want to change her. She is so perfect as she is. I have never had a lati before and so she would be loved. She would be very precious to me, just like my wedding vows and promises.

I really hope you will consider me. She is such a special pet and I hope she goes to the great home that she deserves.

Its me again This is my app for Finlia.

So, predominantly I wanted to app for Manny, but as I never owner a Kujo before, I thought I'd have a go at apping for Finlia too.

I love Finlia's name, it sounds nice and girly and I think is a nice name for a Kujo. I was unsure originally what I thought of the Kujo pets, but then they were released as baby and I fell in love with the baby Kujo.

If I was lucky enough to win her, I would put Finlia through the temple to make her baby as they are the cutest! Ive also never owned a baby pet so she would be special to me Adore

Like Manny, I hope Finlia goes to a good home where she will be cared for.

A bit about me:

So, my name is Holly. I have been playing on mara for 7.5 years and have never been banned or quit / semi quit. I am now an adult player, got married in August and am enjoying the start of my married life.

My main focus on marapets is my pets. I always have worked hard for my pets and I relate a lot of them to my relationship / marriage, like Fazed, Promises and Matrimonial. I, like you, have never purchased AU, and instead have worked extremely hard. The only AU I have spent, I got from loyalty prizes or missions etc. Apart from that, it???s all very much been hard graft.

So why Kleara?

I???d like to take this kind and generous opportunity to apply for Kleara. I have always felt an attachment to autumn figaros because they remind me of my husband (I recently got married Smile

). They remind me of him because it was autumn when we first started our relationship many years ago and the leaves remind me of the evening we decided to make our relationship official. He had dropped me home after a date down by the bay and we were outside my university halls. It was when he started kicking the leaves around that I knew straight away he had something to say. I hoped it was a good thing and it was Smile

We became an official couple from that point on.

I???m not going to lie and say we go out playing in the leaves all the time blah, blah, blah because it???s not true. But that moment, a special moment I will always remember, always pops into my head when I see the autumn Figaro Adore

The fact that Kleara is male too is perfect!

As well as this, his name is perfect, because of course, from that moment on everything became clearer and felt more secure. I always found him difficult to read before that evening, you know the whole dating butterflies thing, not sure if he likes me / loves me or what. So I read ???Kleara??? as ???clearer??? and to me that makes perfect sense!

Therefore, it goes without saying that if I ever had the honour of being given Kleara in a giveaway, he would never be for trade. There would be too much of an emotional connection with him.

My poem about Kleara:

Kleara opens a new way of life,
for him, love is always rife,
He kicks the leaves, but with care,
To try and say there???s something there.

He opens his heart to future happiness,
knowing without, his heart has much less,
He wants to commit to eachother forever,
knowing apart is an option for never.

So with a final kick of the leaves he said,
I???ve got to tell you how I feel in my head,
You make me feel so greatly complete,
so lets tell everyone that you are with me!
