Rose and Flower-Chapter one-Separation

Once there were two twins. One was named Rose and the other was named Flower. They both had black hair, blue eyes, and red cheeks. There mother had died when they were one year old. There father loved Rose more than Flower. Flower was sad because of that.

It was a few days before Eid and there father took them to the mall to buy new clothes. Flower was holding a white dress with pink flowers and liked it so she wanted to buy it. She was holding the dress when Rose saw it to. Rose became jealous. She was spoilt. She ran and snatched the dress. Their father saw this and came over. He took the dress to the clerk and asked,??????Are there two in stock for this dress???????. Luckily there were. He bought two dresses. Rose became angry. She didn???t want Flower to have the dress.

The night before Eid , when Flower was asleep, Rose took Flower???s dress and tore it. She poured mud over it. The next morning Flower saw the mess and was saddened because she had to wear her old dress.

When they came home from the Eid Prayer, their father went to bring a friend over. The food was set on the table. Rose ate the food and smeared some on Flower so it seemed as though Flower had eaten the food. then she ran away from the house just in case their father found out she had eaten the food. When their father came home he was very angry.
