What a change this year has brought. In June I started seeing Brian and this has been such a full busy year with him. We have traveled together a lot, planning two weeks in Florida starting next week. He has become a fixture around here, takes care of anything he thinks is to much for me, made sure I had a great christmas and has just made life enjoyable. A year ago I was just waiting for it to all end one day, now there is a reason to live.
Cheryl died suddenly this Oct and I would have felt her loss so much more if he hadn't been here to lean on. The children and grandchildren all seem to like him and approve. I have gotten to know his son and we get along.
Now is selling my house and getting married ahead, who knows but those are his plans for this year.
Another great thing is that he had met Leigh and has no problems with his pictures around or me talking about him.
At 72 no one expects life to start over but it has and it's just as great as it was the first time around at 22.
