Shadow Snake RP (Will we be able to stop him?)

There is a dark assassin that roams the realm of "The Dogs". The Dogs are a elite group of soldiers that are trained to fight the "Shadow Snake". There are many factions and they are split into groups called Packs. The leader of a Pack is the Alpha Dog, then there are two Betas, and a Pup(or Rookie)is trained every month.

The "Shadow Snake" attacks and kills people randomly and silently before anyone can notice, the only way you can tell who he is going to kill next is the notes he leaves to the familys saying a time and place to leave a rare and valuable object or the person on the note dies.
