i have a 4 pack ab working on 6 got a few arm musle lift about twich my weight more than 100 pound with no problem fall at 125 up lol i have tall black hair covers my face lol im light has hell skiny has hell and yet only 12 years old my musles are more then 2.5 inch tall or 4.5 with leght of arm i look good in skinny jeans trust me =)
