One thing I find common on these lists is that the price of mutant costumes are usually listed as "price of DNA" or "make a DNA minipet". I disagree. 1st of all, some pets are not eligible to make DNA minis. Yet, they can wear the mutant costume. Secondly, when making DNA minis, if there is an unsuccessful attempt (when you would have one of the 2 pets turned mutant), there is no guarantee that the pet you want to be mutant will be the one turned mutant.
