Smuggler restocks on the 36th min on the hour.. the hour however is random to me i havent figured out any pattern yet... there's alot of people out there who have different assumptions about the smuggler.. some say diffrent times... well what im sayin now is the absolute truth!!! It takes a long time to catch him and it takes persistence!
Tip #1: have all the dukka coins ready
Tip #2: know exactly where the item is gonna show up and keep clicking on the spot!
Tip #3: dont get discouraged.. it takes me 3 days sometimes to see something show up.. trust me he will restock eventually
