10th Feb 2009 12:13 When you say you are sorry when you hurt someone's feelings it makes you feel better about yourself, let's them know you love them enough to care for their feelings, and releases good energy, and lets you stop using your energy on negative things. Holding something against someone holds you back, harms relationships and makes you feel bad about yourself inside.
It makes you a stronger person to let go of negativity.
