Kai snorted and bared his fangs at Kira."Let's begin." Kai launched himslef at Kira griping her scruff. Shaking his head he flung her against the frozen pond. Now their battle terrain was frozen water. Kai waited for Kira to regain her footing, and excert her move.

Kira looked around and let out a sigh.Her plan was coming together nicely.She wasn't a pack wolf anymore so she didn't have to follow the rules of battle that a pack uses.Perhaps when her mother wanted her to be alpha maybe she meant with Kota?

Seeing Kira waiting in the distance,Kai looked back to Fern with sorrow in his eyes."Fern, if I do not win this battle,I just want you to know I love you."He said without hesitation as he stood to his feet. Not wanting her to feel sad he walked out of the den and howled. THe howl of a leader buried deep through it.
