ok we are at a county road and my moms driving,we are are going 10 miles per hour and my mom notices something wrong we get out of the car to go eat at our neighbors we get back on the road my mom tries to go fast then all of a sudden we hear a screech of the tires then my mom goes "Oh the E-brakes on!
