Alright...you may have noticed that I don't really respond to one on one requests. It's not because I'm a jerk (well that too)...hmm, this isn't going very well.

I'm just really picky.

If I get a message like this:

"Hai u wanna do a 1x1?"

Okay, so that's a particularly bad example but I would ignore it for a few reasons. First of all, it uses horribly grammar I assume you'll use that kind of grammar in the roleplay. I don't feel comfortable trying to tell a story when I need decipher the other half from a pseudo language.

Second, it gives me no idea what you want to do. Part of the beauty of the boards is that you advertise the exact genre. Once you read that first post, you know exactly what you're in for.

So, at the very least give me an idea of what you want to do.

Now here's a part where I get to the pickiness. I've done so many gifted, fantasy, wolf, animal and cat rps that I just like a little more incentive. Something like, "Gifted, but it's based in the Baroque period." or "Wolf, but some of the wolves are actually aliens."

Or something totally out of left field would be cool. "Let's do a lamp roleplay!" No, it's not typical. Not typical at all happy.gif

So what kind of roleplayer am I? A difficult one. Sorry. I like stories with at least three characters, so if we do a one on one I'll probably ask that we both play quite a few characters. I try to write with a sense of humor, and can't stand writing that seems to take itself terribly seriously. Also, I may ask to change something randomly if I'm getting bored. I might go crazy wanting you to reply, or I may try to disappear if I'm not sure how to respond. If I do so, just nudge me a bit and I'll get right back to rping again.

Still want to ask? XD

Duh! Forgot to post my fav categories :3

Urban/Modern Fantasy
Rats
Digimon
Starfish Aliens
Monsters
Mythology
Fairy Tale Deconstruction
Avatar: The Last Airbender
The Wild Road (book about cats)
Time Travel
Pushing Daisies
The Early Twentieth Century (guess what I'm studying in history?)
If you can find an excuse to make it Victorian, even better.
Fair Folk

More as soon as I think of them XD

Vampires kind of bore me, so I don't really roleplay those. Sorry!

These are characters I tend to use over and over again on the boards. I'm not completely sure why.

Dexy- Dexy or Dexter is some kind of monkey girl. She has a childish face and pigtails. She's mischievous, gets bored easily, tomboyish, a little geeky, and she's pretty good with machines. My druthers would put her in a steampunk environment- as little sense as that makes. Sometimes accessorizes with a pair of goggles or an aviator helmet.

Axel or Tallpaw- A young cat who looks suspiciously like a cheetah. Usually quick to flee, has low self confidence, and pretty dense in head. Named Tallpaw or Tallweed when it's a Warriors thing and Accelerator(AKA Axel) when its in an urban environment. Has a tendency to choose awful stand-in father figures.

Nikkaflik- A dragon. Nik is headstrong, a gigantic braggart, chauvinistic, and loyal to his friends- as cliche as all that sounds.

Phin Burns- PHIN! I love this guy- but the universe as written by Uco hates him. I never allow him to win. Good thing the many re-incarnations of him don't recall himself- otherwise he would probably go totally mad and attack his creator with a machete. Originally was in a story where he was turned into a fox and was trying to rescue his girlfriends- who dumps him at the end, by the way. A bit of a dork with a bad temper. On the other hand, he follows an outdated, chivalric code so he's a good ally to have on your team if you're female or a child. He's smarter than he portrays himself- usually content to pass himself off as the stereotype of the hot-blooded American male. Sometimes seventeen- as I first imagined him, but the character has grown with me so he's just as likely to be in his twenties.

Vance- A magician or wizard who's kind of a screw up. Always has purple eyes. Usually has a brother as well named Samson. Samson will always be a better magician than Vance and sometimes he's evil.

Gifteds- A girl who makes poison from her fingers- she always has a different name. Sometimes she just has terrible hygiene, sometimes she's green, sometimes she's wrickled like an old person with all her teeth falling out even though she's rather young. More often than not evil.

Vance MaGrath- A human shapeshifter. More often than not gets stuck between forms for comedy's sake, but also because it makes him look kind of monstrous. Usually has purple eyes like the other guy.

Shayna McGrath- She can send her soul out of her body to possess machines, animals, and occasionally humans, but must return to her body in under four hours or she will die. Never talks, even though she's able to. She always has a different reason for this. If she's eleven, she's good but weird. If she's 17, she's evil. Vance McGrath is her brother.

I also like to find an excuse to play a rat or a minotaur. Because those two things are awesome.

I'd thought I'd post the plots I've come up with so far to keep track of them.

Decided not to post the whole thing because I'm afraid of plagiarism. That...and some of them are stupid long x.x

-Only on Basic-

What You Pretend to Be: Kids turn into their Halloween costumes.

Bolt: The Supervillain- Starts out where the movie left off. Pretty goofy, actually.

Mary Sue rp!!!111- Pretty much what it says on the tin. My joke rp that uh, actually, is a lot of fun XD

Genre Hopping Rp- This one's fun happy.gif

The Most Dangerous Game- Hunting people. Can be a gifted rp.

Creativica- A world where creative humans are Gods.

Eternal Spring- The Seasons personified.

-Only on Intermediate-

The Cat Spirits: Cats turn into big cats and fight evil!!!1 One!

The Legion Of Fairytale Characters: Similar to Little Red's Diner but with *gasp* a plot!

Your Worst Night Mare: Involves a secret race of dream eaters called baku and a malevolent creature called a Night Mare.

History Repeats Itself: Clones of historical figures. Yup, the creative juices are freaking cascading right here...

Only Imaginary: Invisible creatures from another plane of existence form bonds with children who are destined to save the world.

Leaving New Salvation: A Digimon Rp based in the Tamers universe.

On The Shores of Blueberry Lake: What would you do if your town suddenly existed in another universe? What if there were dragons?

Live a Life more Animated: Trapped inside a beloved childhood cartoon, your only hope is to try to get the story to happen as it was supposed to. Will you succeed?

-Works in Both-

Time'nappers: Time traveling kidnappers, silly.

The Trouble with Magicians: An involuntary transformation rp involving, you guessed it, magicians.

Kendisc- A Steampunk world populated by animal people. Don't look at me like that!

Dr. Hazzard and the Hazards: Ok, this one's weird (because it was inspired by a dream). Normal kids become super villains and then become heroes if they want to be.

Flower Girl :: Weed Girl: A scene in the fairytale Tatterhood turned into an rp? Maybe.

Of Masks and Medallions: Still hard to explain...my Halloween themed one...I think I'm going to revamp this.

Super Zeroes: In a city where everyone has a super human ability, some of those abilities are just lame...

It's a Big World After All!- Fun with shrinking.

Maze of Monsters: Try to survive the Labyrinth of Greek myth.

Toys in the Basement: Toys come to life with the help of a new species of mold.

Little Red's Diner: Fairy Tale Characters meet up in the Diner on the edge of the Enchanted Forest.

Evile Orphanage: About an evil orphanage. Involves a de-aging serum.

Must...Have...Thanatide...: Zombies happy.gif

Survivor: Monsters: Reality shows get really weird in the future.

These are ideas I'm playing around with in my brain but they haven't quite matured yet.

Who's Home is it Anyway?: Involves humans and starfish aliens on an altered earth.

Trapped in the Real World: Fictional characters become, well...

Shattered Mirror- An Avatar Rp- What if Aang had never been frozen and went on to fight the Fire Nation for 98 years? What if Katara was the current avatar?

Wishes and Consequences: I'd like to make this work...

The Agency of Unfinished Business Professionals- A group of people who can see ghosts help them take care of unfinished business in exchange for stolen goods.

If you're interested in any of these, and it's reasonable, let me know :3
