The sandstorm means the Kamilah Traveller has stopped travelling

Hump Racing quests are completed with Health Tonics during a sandstorm

Whenever there is a sandstorm, the retired Desert Treasure Chest is back on sale at the Account Upgrades Shop
It will automatically retire again when the weather changes

The Solitaire Raffle from playing Solitaire, Spider Solitaire or Free Cell Solitaire has more AU Credit to win during a sandstorm
The Solitaire raffle now has three winners of ??5 Account Upgrade Credits and seven winners of ??2 Account Upgrade Credits every day of a sandstorm
Earn DOUBLE Spy Points from Desert Spy quests

After you that you will win another Feather after your next 15 Talon quests. This will keep increasing by 5 quests each time
