NEW FORUMS

The Forums have been updated. They now run a lot faster and have had lots of changes and new features added. You can now view every topic you have created and every topic you have posted on. You can also view other player's topics and posts. You can also add your favourite topics to a new list, making them easier to find. The latest topics and posts have also been improved. You can browse the latest 1,250 topics in each forum, and the 25 most recent posts in a forum category. The layout has been improved and you can now add a Status underneath your username when you edit your signature.

NEW FEATURE
The first Kamilah Pyramid has just opened in the Kamilah Desert. This ancient Pyramid requires you to complete the Kamilah Treasure Map before you can enter. Its very dangerous, so you can only send in one pet at a time and while the pet is inside the pyramid, you cannot trade or exchange the pet. Make sure you are prepared - the pyramid has many obstacles, 50 levels some say, but not many have made it all the way to the treasure deep inside! While inside the pyramid, your pet will see ancient symbols on the walls or floor which will help him safely proceed to the next level. But you will need Kamilah Codes to help translate.

At each level of the Pyramid, you will get a prize. It can be either items, currency, pet stats or Account Upgrade Credit. There is no time limit for completing the Pyramid, but you can only complete one level every 6 hours. If you manage to reach level 50, you will be able to change your pet into a restricted pet Hump!

Account Upgrades
The new Mini Battle Upgrade has just been released. A new type of Account Upgrades, they are priced at 6 UK Pounds and are battle related. However, there is no time limit on it retiring, you will one day randomly get short notice of it retiring in the news. At the moment, we estimate that it will be on sale for 2-6 weeks, but this may change.


The Mini theme battle upgrade has a sword, shield, wand, 3 trading cards and a new themed booster.

NEW QUEST
A new quest game has just opened in the Kamilah Desert. The Kamilah Desert is one of the driest, remote areas of Marada. The Kamilah Traveller rides on his pet Hump throughout the desert and needs many different supplies along the way for his journey. Bring him the items that he needs before the time limit and he may reward you with a rare Kamilah Code he found along his travels. These are needed for access through the Kamilah Pyramid.

NEW FEATURE
This ancient Temple has been opened for you to explore. Its very dangerous, so you can only send in one pet at a time and while the pet is inside the temple, you cannot trade or exchange the pet. Make sure you are prepared - the temple has many obstacles, 30 levels some say, but not many have made it all the way to the treasure deep inside! While inside the temple, your pet will notice many closed, locked doors while can only be opened with the mutated scientific knowledge only a DNA Minipet holds.

At each level of the Temple, you will get a prize. It can be either items, currency, pet stats or Account Upgrade Credit. There is no time limit for completing the Temple, but you can only complete one level every 24 hours. If you manage to reach level 30, you will be able to choose any Trading Card you are missing from your Battle Deck. You will not receive the item, it will be added straight to your Battle Deck.






The new Temple of Transumption has been added to the Lost City of Simeria map.

NEW EVENT
Marapets reached 6 Years Old on August 15, 2010. Happy (belated) Birthday Marapets! We are now into our 7th year and want to make this year our best ever! We started by bringing back the Site Layout changing every hour so that you now know when it is night and day in Marada. We have also brought back Secret Blogs and the Monthly Checklist and will be fixing everything that needs fixing and bringing back features that are either not working or never finished. For example, we should soon have Gardens, more celebrity dress up games, trophies and Promote Marapets coming back. We also have huge aims for this year to further develop all of the world maps we already have, especially Lowlyhood and Kamilah Desert, and also release another 2 worlds! Marapets will also be going international with the more languages! There is so much planned for this year, so stick around, you won't be dissapointed!

To celebrate our 6th Birthday, there are new items being added around the site as prizes. These will all retire on September 1st. Good luck collecting them!

NEW FEATURE
We have just added The Lake to Lush Lake. The Lake in Lush Lake has the cleanest, purest drinking water in the whole of Marada. Maradans bring their pottery here and fill it with water. Pottery with water in it can be used to water the gardens in your houses when you plant seeds to grow Organic Minipets. Lush Lake has been suffering from a drought in recent years and water levels in the Lake have become dangerously low. To limit how much water is taken out of the lake, you will need a Lush Lake Ticket to fill your pottery.

NEW GAME
The Lush Tombola has just been released in Lush Lake. Similar to the other Tombola Games from the same Tombola franchise, you can win a stamp, dvd, book or a Lush Lake Ticket. If you lose, you may also receive some Olympic Points!


The Lush Lake map will be updated shortly. For now, you can find the Lush Tombola in the Luck Games section of the Games page.

The annual Undying Festival has just started in Undying Woods. With 35 clues for you to solve, each revealing a new letter and most of them giving out a prize! Here are some of the great prizes you can get through solving the clues..

You can collect 5 of these points for free every week at the Pet Exchange and you gain 1 of these points every time you complete a Gym training session.
