Suicide Prevention Week and Numbers

11th Sep 2013 22:50 I just C/P'ed everything from my AF post
.
This week is Suicide Prevention week, and it's a big deal to me. If you ever feel so down that you are contemplating taking your life, just really stop and think. And then call a helpline. They are there for YOU, and they will do everything they can to help you. 1-800-273-8255 is the National Suicide Prevention hotline. 24/7, so there is NO excuse not to call. You are useful, you are amazing, and you are worthy of living. I may sound preachy, but when it comes down to it, I'd rather be preachy than sedentary. If you don't want to call, message me. I'll try to help you out as best as I can. I just feel like this needs to be dealt with more, and dealt with better.
