Stel hung up her phone, smiling blankly. She was going to goad Carissa on, just to see her frustrated. She stood up and started decorating again.

bic// I crept around the large trunk of the oak, and looked at it's history. This tree was very old. And it had been through so much. It was like me, in a way. I wasn't old like it, but it had been through easy times, and tough times. That part was me. The smile flickered, and faded, and I brushed my fingers against it's rigged, but smooth bark. It felt nice. I morphed into a wolf, and curled up at it's roots, asleep before I even tucked my tail into place.

bic// As I wasn't looking where I was going, I tripped over a tree root. Luckily, I fell in grass. I looked up, and saw a VERY large, and I mean VERY, large tree. From the looks of it, it was an old oak tree. A soft smile appeared on my lips, as I got up, brushed myself off, and walked around the majestic tree.
