Dawn played around in the water as little schools of guppies swam by. She smiled to herself as she pulled her index finger through the water, scattering the tiny fish.

Ivy, slowly opened her eyes again, gazing at the water. it was so bright outside that the water had that shiny look to it, the water was just beautiful. (Why does a lake that looks so beautiful, have to be so cold?) I laughed in her head at this thought.

bic// Dawn twirled her finger around her braided hair and lay down on her stomach on the warm wooden planks of the dock. She let one of her arms dangle off and let her fingers swirl around in the cool water.

Dawn's eyes glazed over as she thought about all that had happened so far. She kept ringing her hair, which was now completely dry in the baking sun. Dawn thought about that, but also, what could possibly happen in the future. She saw Ivy against Levi's chest. Well that was obvious; they'd end up together. Dawn mentally smiled, thinking she was smiling, but not realizing she wasn't. She looked back down to the blue lake water as she ran her fingers through her hair, finally realizing that it was dry. Dawn toyed with her hair and gave up, just eventually braiding it.

Ivy leaned her head back against Levi's chest and closed her eyes. Ivy wanted to cherish this moment while it was happening, life is to short to waste. so Ivy always tried to make the good moments last the most.
